City Council Zoning & Planning Committee Meeting

will conduct a Committee meeting on
March 17, 2010 - 4:00 P.M
One Government Center – City Council Chambers

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss:

1.  Request for a Zone change from IL Limited Industrial to CR Regional Commercial for the property located at 35 S. Erie. (Z-12007-09) The Plan Commission recommends disapproval of the request.

2. Request for a Vacation of an alley northeast of Woodville Road between Hazelwood Street and Holmes Street. (V-54-10) The Plan Commission recommends approval subject to conditions.

3. Request for a Zone Change from CS Commercial Storefront to RM12 Multi Dwelling Residential District located at 301, 305, 313 and 319 Euclid Avenue, 505 Fourth Street and 1018 and 1022 Starr Avenue. (Z-616-09) The Plan Commission recommends approval.

4. Request for a Zone Change from CS Commercial Storefront to CM Mixed Commercial District located at613, 700, 716, 802, 804, 812 and 818 Front Street, 53, 55 and 59 Main Street and 117 Oswald Street. (Z-618-09) The Plan Commission recommends approval.

5. Request for a Special Use Permit for a Convenience store to be located at 4933 Secor Road. (SUP-12002-09) The Plan Commission recommends disapproval.

6. Request for a Special Use Permit for a High School to be located at 2600 W. Sylvania Avenue. (SUP-3004-09) The Plan Commission recommends approval subject to conditions.

7. Request for a Zone Change from POS Parks and Open Space & Cr Regional Commercial to IC Institutional Campus District with an IC Master Plan located at 4671 Jackman Road, 2010 Tremainsville Road and 0 W. Laskey Road.  (Z-12006-09) The Plan Commission recommends approval subject to conditions.

8. Toledo 20/20 Land Use Plan Update for the area known as “The Deveaux Neighborhood”
(M-19-09) The Plan Commission recommends approval.
