1.  Enter the following address in the Browser Address Bar:  https://38.101.101.21 
    

2.  Click:  Continue to this website (not recommended).
    

3.   Enter your login name and password. 

   User name:       toledocc
   Password:         toledo 

4. View the directories.  Click on the directory containing the files needed. 

5. Click on the file to open or check the box of the file to download.

6. To download, right click and select "Save Target As" option.

7. Select location (possibly Desktop) to save file.

8. Click save.

9. Access file at saved location (possibly Desktop).
