Paula Hicks-Hudson was appointed to the District 4 seat on Toledo City Council in January of 2011. Ms. Hicks-Hudson's district includes downtown Toledo and a large portion of Toledo’s central city, North Toledo, the Old West End, the Vistula Neighborhood.
Councilwoman Hicks-Hudson previously served Toledo City Council as legislative director. She is a former director of the Lucas County Board of Elections and was chief legal counsel for management and budget under former Governor Ted Strickland.
She resides in the Old West End
