The application is available for review at the Main Branch of the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library located at 325 North Michigan Street, Toledo, Ohio 43604 from July 21, 2010 until September 9, 2010. A public meeting to discuss the grant application and to solicit comments will be held on Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at 4:30 p.m. at the City of Toledo Quilter Environmental Center, 348 South Erie Street, Toledo, Ohio 43604. The application is available for review at the Heatherdowns Branch of Toledo-Lucas County Public Library from July 23, 2010 until September 9, 2010.
