Toledo's Young Professional Initiative - formerly the Best and Brightest Committee - is the brainchild of Former Mayor Carty Finkbeiner.  The purpose of this organization is to reach out to recent college graduates and give them a networking outlet to start or further their professional career. 

Young professionals currently employed with the City of Toledo are working with local businesses, civic organizations, and community leaders to create networking opportunities and social events designed to showcase the best and brightest in Toledo.
