DEFERRED PAYMENT PLAN
There may be a time when circumstances result in your inability to pay your bill. We regard the loss of water/sewer service to be very serious. You cannot prepare food, bathe or flush a toilet. In cold weather, pipes may freeze and break.
The Department of Public Utilities recognizes this and urges you to call our Customer Service Section as soon as possible when you can't pay.
You may be eligible to enroll in our Deferred Payment Plan which enables you to establish monthly payments up to six months. Customers must be able to pay a minimum of one fourth(1/4) of their balance on the amount past due and all service charges in advance, and must not have defaulted on a prior agreement. Call (419) 245-1800 for more information.
