Water Rates
All rates are for customers inside City of Toledo limits and based on quarterly billing periods.

Net Rate per 1,000 Cubic Feet

First 30,000 cubic feet      -  $ 12.23
Next 450,000 cubic feet    -  $ 11.88
Next 3,000,000 cubic feet  -    $ 9.33
Over 3,480,000 cubic feet  -    $ 6.81

A minimum charge for water service shall be made according to meter size regardless of the amount of water used, as follow:

5/8 inch    - $ 24.46
3/4 inch    - $ 36.89
1 inch       - $ 61.38 
1 1/2 inch - $ 148.83
 

Sewer Rates
All bills are calculated by adding the Total Fixed Charge to the Total Volume Charge.

Storm Water Rates
Click here to see if you qualify for the storm water discount.One Equivalent Residential Unit (ERU) will be charged $3.47 per month for storm water services to each residential unit.Non-residential properties will be charged $3.47 per month for each ERU that makes up their property. One ERU is 2,500 square feet of impervious surface.

Garbage Rates
The standard garbage fee for recyclers effective September 9, 2011 is $8.95 each month per residential unit. Structures with more than four units are not eligible for the recycling discount. 

The fee for non-recyclers is $15.00 per month per residential unit.

Homestead Recycling Fee is $5.00 per month.
