Spring 2010 Update

The Basement Flooding Grant Program assists property owners in the purchase and installation of corrective measures to prevent basement flooding caused by sewer backups from overloaded City sanitary sewers.

Now accepting applications for Fall 2010. 

The review process for the 2010 Basement Flooding Grant Program typically takes 1-2 months from the date of receiving a completed application.  A City of Toledo representative will contact you through the mail with either your approval or denial.  If you are approved reimbursement is typically paid within 30 days of receiving a completed request for payment with proper invoice of completed work.
