How do I know which carts are mine?
There are serial numbers on the front of each cart. You may also place your house number on the containers using adhesive sticker numbers.

What if my refuse or recycling cart is stolen?
If your residential refuse and recycling cart are stolen, please contact customer service at 419-936-2511 to obtain new carts for your refuse and recycling collection.

Can I place all of my recycling in the same cart?
Yes. Recyclable materials from Toledo residents are processed at a single stream recycling facility, so all items can now go in the same cart.

Not all of my refuse fits inside my cart- what should I do?
If this is a regular problem you may choose to purchase an additional refuse cart. Containers are available for purchase by contacting customer service at 419-936-2511.
