Must be court qualified in at least two (2) fields of forensics.
Department/Section: Environmental Services/Engineering Section Training, Experience, Special Requirements: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in chemical, civil, mechanical or environmental engineering and five (5) years of experience inenvironmental engineering, of which two (2) years must have included experience in environmental regulation interpretation and enforcement issues. Must have had training or experience in particulate source sampling using EPA Method 5, which shall be equivalent to completion of the 4-1/2 day USEPA Course 450 "Source Sampling for Particulate Pollutants" and participation in and/or observation of at least three (3) complete Method 5 tests and review of the reports and calculations. Must be registered in the State of Ohio as a Professional Engineer.
