Notice of Public Meeting and Information Repository for a Clean Ohio Revitalization Fund Grant
 
The City of Toledo is applying for a grant from the Clean Ohio Revitalization Fund for environmental remediation and demolition activities for the Erie Street Redevelopment Project at the Columbia Gas of Ohio and adjacent property at 201, 329 and 371 South Erie Street, Toledo, Ohio 43604.  The application is available for review at the Main Branch of the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library located at 325 North Michigan Street, Toledo, Ohio 43604 from July 21, 2010 until September 9, 2010.  A public meeting to discuss the grant application and to solicit comments will be held on Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at 4:30 p.m. at the City of Toledo Quilter Environmental Center, 348 South Erie Street, Toledo,  Ohio 43604.  Application information is also available online at www.toledo.oh.gov.  Any questions may be referred to Joel Mazur at 419.936.3944.
 

 

Notice of Public Meeting and Information Repository for a Clean Ohio Assistance Fund Grant

The City of Toledo is applying for a grant from the Clean Ohio Assistance Fund for environmental cleanup of the properties located at 1200 South Detroit Avenue and 1045 & 1065 Research Drive, Toledo, Ohio 43614.  The application is available for review at the Heatherdowns Branch of Toledo-Lucas County Public Library from July 23, 2010 until September 9, 2010.  A public meeting to discuss and solicit comments to the grant application will be held on Thursday, September 9, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at the Heatherdowns Branch Library, 3265 Glanzman, Toledo, Ohio, 43614.  Application information is also available online at www.toledo.oh.gov.  Any questions may be referred to Joel Mazur at 419.936.3944.

To all interested agencies, groups, and persons: The City of Toledo, approved for a substantial amendment to its 2008-2009 One-Year Action Plan, is utilizing $12,270,706 to undertake projects under five categories: acquisition/rehabilitation, demolition, redevelopment/new construction, landbanking, and financing mechanisms.

CDBG- R - City of Toledo Substantial Amendment to the 2008-2009 One-Year Action Plan
To all interested agencies, groups, and persons: The City of Toledo intends to submit to HUD a substantial amendment to its 2008-2009 One-Year Action Plan, which is part of the Five-Year Consolidated Plan, for the Community Development Block Grant- Recovery Program (CDBG-R). The City of Toledo will accept all public comments received through May 28, 2009.
